We own 4.000 olive trees in Chianti, Tuscany.
Harvesting is done by hand during the last week of November. The olives are pressed in our own Farm with an antique cold-press system. My wife, my son, my daughter and I personally bottle your oil. We ship the oil directly all around the world Our production consists of 8.000 bottles at 0,500 litres (last but not least, we hate chemicals)
